RX26 Check-in Experience

Check in from the phone already in their pocket.

Tap an NFC tag at the door or let a Bluetooth beacon do the work. Both run on the Rock Community app and the check-in configuration you already have.

Two Ways to Skip the Line

Both run on the Rock Mobile app and the check-in configuration you already have.

Tap Check-in

NFC tag at the door. Label prints over Wi-Fi.

  1. 1Tap. Hold a phone to the tag at the door.
  2. 2Open. The Rock Mobile app opens right at check-in.
  3. 3Print. Pick who is checking in. Labels print over Wi-Fi.
  • Families skip the line. Volunteers greet, not manage.
  • See how often each tag is used and change where it points.

You will need

  • Rock Mobile app. With check-in turned on.
  • NFC tags. Inexpensive stickers. Add your link from any phone.
  • Your label printer. The one check-in already uses.

Beacon Check-in

Bluetooth beacons in the room. Nothing to tap.

  1. 1Broadcast. A small beacon in the room sends out a Bluetooth signal.
  2. 2Wake. The Rock Mobile app wakes up in the background when they arrive.
  3. 3Record. Rock checks the person in and can check them out when they leave.
  • Zero action from the attendee after a one-time opt in.
  • Counts adults in the worship center, not only kids.

You will need

  • Rock Mobile app. People allow location access and turn on Beacon Monitoring in the app once.
  • Bluetooth beacons. Small battery-powered devices. One or two cover a room.
  • One Rock setting. Turn on Proximity Check-in in your check-in configuration.

See It in Action
