His goal for Trinity Fellowship is that through our ministry, people will know Jesus and be empowered to live extraordinary lives. He has a practical approach to ministry. Whether through his Sunday messages, books, or shows, Pastor Jimmy’s fresh approach helps people understand how the various facets of Christianity—prayer, church attendance, reading the Bible—hold world-changing power and relevance in the everyday. Together, they have three married children and are Pappy & Ahbi to three grandchildren (with another on the way).
Stan (a.k.a. Stanalyst) began his career as an application developer and systems architect in the glamorous world of employee benefits management. In 2004, he followed God's call into church production ministry, serving as Technical Director for a church in Chicagoland before joining The Crossing (St. Louis) in 2009 as TechArts Systems Engineer. In 2021, he returned to his developer roots, joining The Crossing's Rock team as Software Development Engineer -- where he now builds complex, integrated solutions using Helix, Lava, and whatever other pieces of Rock he can get his hands on. After 20+ years in church tech, his conviction is simple: the right solution isn't always the easiest one, and the best technology is the kind that gets out of the way so ministry teams can do what they're actually called to do. Away from the keyboard, you'll often find him with a crossword or sudoku -- because apparently he just can't stop solving things.
